Cottage has common dinning with Kitchen . Just 5 Km from Harwan Garden and Dachigam National Park, 08 Km from Shalimar Garden , 12 Km from Nishat Garden and Dal Lake , 22 Km from City center Lal chowk and about 32 Km from Srinagar International Airport (1 hr 10 min drive) . With Hi Speed free Wifi , Inverter and Genset Back up round the year. In the vicinity fresh water Trout farms can be seen and some households perform Beekeeping also. During winter we allow only full cottage bookings and keep necessary heating and power arrangements due to shortage in supplies. Guest are requested to have awareness about importance of these facilities and make limited usage of energy. During winter guests must carry warm woolen clothing , footwear , head covers , gloves, goggles, mufflers and body warmers.
